Gillespie is a short, dark comedy written, directed, photographed and edited by John Christopher Gibson and was shot with a Canon 5D mark ii. It was completed in late October of 2010 and has begun submissions to various film festivals. So far it has received the audience award at the first ever Texas Film Friday festival in Austin Texas in November 2010 (texasfilmfriday.com/ ) and Best of Show in the Accolade Competition in December 2010 (accoladecompetition.org/ ).
